Classification of Training

Umceceshi is committed to providing the necessary training required by legislation and employees to perform their assigned responsibilities. This includes orientation training; job/equipment related training, managerial, quality system training and refresher training.

Employee Feedback Program

It is of utmost importance for Umceceshi Coach Consultants to know and understand its most valuable assets “manpower” challenges and wishes and their demographics.

Once a year a survey is conducted where our staff get to give feedback relating to their conditions of
employment and other challenges, this gives a clear view as to where the company need to improve
and where we are doing good.

Umceceshi Coach Consultants has developed a system for receiving, recording, analyzing, forecasting and taking corrective actions on all non-conformities/complaints pointed out by customers.
